🚚 SHIPPING

Resinox ships across all cities and towns in India.
Customers typically receive their orders within 7–8 working days from the date of dispatch.

Important Notes:

• Orders are shipped to the delivery address provided at checkout.

• If the courier is unable to deliver after three attempts, the package will be returned to our warehouse.

• Refunds are not issued for RTO (Return to Origin) orders. However, you may request re-shipment with your correct address and contact details. We will dispatch it on the next working day.

🔁 RETURNS & REPLACEMENTS

Resinox offers replacements only in the following cases:

• The item received is damaged or defective

• The item is incomplete (missing parts/accessories)

• The item differs from what was described on the product page

To request a return or replacement, you must:

• Contact us within 3 days of receiving your order

• Email: support@resinox.in

• Provide a valid unboxing video as proof (mandatory)

We do not accept returns or exchanges if:

• The customer ordered the wrong item

• The product is disliked or does not meet personal expectations

• Colors appear slightly different due to screen display (brightness, contrast, etc.)

📦 CONDITIONS FOR REPLACEMENT / REFUND

A free replacement or refund can be requested only if:

• The product is physically damaged (must show in the unboxing video)

• The product has missing parts or items (must show in the unboxing video)

• The product is not as described on the Resinox product page

• The product is defective or non-functional on arrival

Note: No replacement or refund claim will be accepted without an unboxing video.

If your claim is approved:

• Refunds will be issued to your original payment method

• Refunds are processed within 24 working hours of approval
